When love becomes a part of life, happiness extends
When love escalates, its feels like heaven
When love separates, it hurts within
But when love betrays, it enduringly pains.
Undoubtedly, Love is an inescapable emotion and once in a life time, everyone goes through it. Many people are fortunate enough to be blessed with this divine feeling successfully turned into a substantial relationship. But often a lot of hearts break while going through the journey of love.
Why does it happen that people who once were the most special ones turn out to be the worst ones? Why do people deceive in love? What do they gain out of hurting someone feelings? All these statements drill questionable values in my mind. But the fact remains that all of these questions are not important in comparison to the most critical issue i.e. consequences of betrayal in love.
The people who have faced this agony in love get hurt, shed on tap tears, torture themselves and after a while move on in life but does their heart also moves on? Well let this answer be set aside for those who have actually gone through this. It aches when you give your everything to someone - Your heart, your time, your attention, concerns and care, just to find out that the end that the other person has actually never been in love with you. The person whom you loved has been cheating on you and betraying your trust. He/she has shattered your dreams that were associated only and only with them. Moreover, the most unbelievable acknowledgment, that your relationship was nothing more than a disguise.
When the harsh reality hits the fantasy, all hopes disappear, leaving a person in a state called numb. Amongst all this suffering, the limited options are commonly two. To forgive, forget and move on or the other one i.e. to give more pain to yourself, gradually forget and then move on.
The purpose of this discourse is to enlighten all those people who have been through this painful phase of life and to guide them that the best option is in forgiving and forgetting. I know it is not that easy but the reality is that the more sooner you accept and act on it, the more readily you will recover from that state. Remember that loving someone was your choice and if it proved to be a mistake, then only you are responsible for it.
Hence if someone has hurt you, betrayed you or broke your heart, then forgive them. For they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart. Some people are just not worth of giving love and it is for sure be wise to let them go along with your anger. Yes, let them go their own way because they are simply not in your destiny.
The course of time heals almost everything, just give time. As an eminent philosopher once rightly said "Whatever has happened is gone, it has a mark but journey of life has no space for intervening the past. So make mark and cherish today.
After all, every test in life makes us bitter or better. Every problem comes to make us or break us. Choice is ours, whether we become victim or a victor."
