Life in the Town of Gahanna, Ohio

This article is about Gahanna, Ohio and the many attractions there as well. First of all my husband's cousin and uncle live here and we went and visited for a weekend so I have to tell you the best things about this area of Ohio.

First off, it is a beautiful place to raise a family. The houses there are so beautiful. Not like the houses you see where I live which are all run down and grungy looking. These houses are immaculate.

We visited Ohio State University which is in downtown Columbus. Which was awesome, as I have never seen anything like it in my entire life. They also have a mall close to downtown which is huge.

In the mall, we saw a gun show. The gun show is where all sorts of people sell guns, knives, bows and stuff like that in a room of the mall like a shopping area. I have never in my life seen so many guns before. The people that sell these guns come from all over the United States.

They also have a huge computer store called Micro Center. This place is huge also. It is the size of a WalMart.

We also went to the airport right down the road from where our cousin lives, and watched the planes land and take off. Which is another thing I have never seen before in my life.

This is the place we are going to move when my husband gets done with school. It is a very nice neighborhood. Everybody is so nice there and the houses are just beautiful.

There are a lot of people who live there because it is a big city. Not like the city we are living in right now which is Hammondsville, Ohio.

The best thing about visiting there for a weekend was the setting and the neighborhood. I still cannot get over how nice the people were there and how nice the city is.

When we visited Ohio State University, we got to see the dorm rooms which is two separate towers alone, then we went and seen the university itself which is huge. It is also a good school to go to. My brother is thinking about going to OSU for a great career opportunity for computers when he is done with high school next year.

The university offers just about everything you can imagine for a career.

When my husband is done with his school through Devry, we are going to move down there and I am going to go back for my nursing degree at OSU. There are a lot of schools beside OSU to choose from in Columbus. They have at least 5 more nursing schools there also.

Another fact I found out about nurses in Columbus, is that they make over six figures a year in salary, which is something I have waited so long to have.

So from our experience in Gahanna, Ohio, I think our lives will be great once we move there and get our feet on the ground. Plus the school opportunities there are out of this world.
