For many years I have wondered
how the beginning came to be.
Whether by mystical powers from above,
or simple acids forming within the sea.
But with everyday that passes,
some things I begin to realize.
Life is a very precious commodity,
with little miracles before our eyes.
Man can create so many things,
but very few can he control.
Be it the twinkling of heavenly stars,
or the emotions held in another's soul.
There is a reason for green grass.
Why the sky is a pretty blue.
Why flowers start to blossom in the springtime.
And seasons know when to change the way they do.
It is part of a master plan,
of which no one knows how it goes.
But if you sit back and enjoy the journey,
you appreciate miracles that unfold.
