1/2 gallon Apple Cider
1 gallon Apple Juice
8 Cinnamon Sticks
1 pound Brown Sugar
1 750ml bottle Everclear

Heat
In a saucepan, bring the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon sticks, and brown sugar to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.2
Finish
After the mixture has finished simmering, remove from heat. Take out the cinnamon sticks and add the Everclear. Stir and serve.Tip
