Light Berry Dip
8 oz. fresh or thawed frozen strawberries.
4 oz. no fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
1 Tbs. sugar
Put strawberries in blender or food processor until smooth.
Beat cream cheese in sm. bowl until smooth. Stir in sour cream, strawberry puree and sugar or artificial sugar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve in individual small bowls and dip assorted fresh fruit or cake cubes.
