Lightning Fast Last Minute Costume and Outfit Ideas for Parties or Halloween Events in 2010 for Adults and Teens

Super Cheap and Easy Last Minute Outfit Ideas for 2010

Darrin Atkins
It is 2010 and once July gets here then the parties are sure to come soon after. If you need some last minute costume ideas for work parties or Halloween events, here are some suggestions for some last minute super-fast costumes or outfits that are cheap and easy.

Teens and adults will definitely be dressing up for parties and social events in 2010. And you can bet that a lot of them will need some last minute costume for a work party or Halloween or Christmas. Last minute costumes can be made from things you have lying around the house or in the garage. Here are some suggestions for both teens and adults for a cool, easy and cheap homemade costume outfit.

Sports Fanatic Costume

Do you have a baseball cap in your house somewhere? If so, you are halfway done with your Sports Fanatic Halloween costume. Everybody knows a sports fan when they see one, especially if there is no sports event happening at that moment and everyone else is dressed up in some cool outfit for a party.

If you do not already own a baseball or sports cap, you can buy them at amazon.com or basically anywhere sports items are sold in your town. After the cap, try and find something else in your house or garage that relates to sports, like a hockey mask, sports jersey, baseball glove or even a football. Just grab all of these items and see which ones match. Then put everything on. When you go to your Halloween event or social party in 2010, yell out your sports team's name every few minutes or simply say "bad call!" every chance you get.

House Painter Costume Outfit

Most people have some paint supplies in the garage. If you do, try and find an old used paint brush and an empty or nearly-empty paint can. Then look for an old t-shirt that has paint marks all over it. Even better, cut up an old sheet into a shirt and put some of the paint on it to make it look genuine. If you are the creative type, you can make your old white sheet with paint marks into something artistic and memorable.

Gardener Costume Outfit for those with Green Thumbs

Many people absolutely love gardening. If you are one of them, you probably have lots of gardening supplies and tools in your garage or out back. All you need for this costume is some old gardening jeans or overalls that you use in the garden. Pluck some flowers or carrots from your garden and put them in your pockets. Then maybe carry around a lightweight watering can, plastic if you have one, and that is all you need. If you want, you can buy an inexpensive watering container at Wal-Mart or at amazon.com.

Hope you can use some of these ideas for lightning-fast last minute Halloween costumes and outfits for both teens and adults. You never know when someone will call you up at the last minute and demand that you come right over to their big party or social event. That is why you need the suggestions in this article so you can prepare that costume right away and get on over to visit your friends or family members at that 2010 special occasion.

Great ideas again! People usually end up buying a Halloween costume just days before the actual party each year, when in fact they could make one themselves!

I like the gardener outfit idea. I have all that stuff. You're really ahead of the game with Halloween ideas. I'm still planting Spring flowers!
