A lightning strike is dazzling and unique
Split-second sparks, random yet lovely forks
Of white-hot and jagged lines
If only we could pause the show
Or move it in slow-motion
Then we could comment on wind
And analyze the elements that
Comprise these stunning flashes
Yet it is instantly vanishing
Unless you were so near
That you saw the glittery
Dissipation of the electric
Flashes, like confetti
Exploding all too
Vividly
