Like a Butterfly on a Flower
May Jesus
reveal Himself to you
like a butterfly on a flower
reveals itself to a child.
It slowly opens its wings
before her daisy-petal eyes.
Then she laughs for joy
as her heart becomes a flower
for the cherished creature
to 'light on.
