Lil' Kim's Wardrobe Malfunction, Abuse Accusations Against William Hurt and the Jamie Foxx/Miley Cyrus Smackdown

Sarah F. Sullivan
Scandal, scandal, scandal. It's only Tuesday and Hollywood is buzzing with scandals of all different kinds: abuse, nudity and "gasp!" berating Miley Cyrus? Read on to see which scandal fits which celebrity.

Marlee Matlin Speaks Out Against Abuse

"The L Word" actress has written a new book that states that she was once in an abusive relationship with Oscar-award winning actor William Hurt. Matlin writes that the actor was violent throughout their two year relationship. At that time, she was 19, addicted to cocaine and in love, telling "Access Hollywood's" Nancy O'Dell that she was "always afraid of him, but I loved him."

According to The New York Daily News, Matlin did not tell Hurt that she was writing the book, titled "I'll Scream Later," before it was published. Though it's a well-known fact that Hurt has long battled alcoholism, the abuse factor is surprising and shocking to many. The actor, who recently signed on to Ridley Scott's latest film about Robin Hood, has not made a statement about Matlin's accusations.

Lil' Kim's Dancing Experience Gets a Little Risqué

Rapper Lil' Kim almost showed a little too much skin during Monday's "Dancing With the Stars." During the jive that netted Kim and partner Derek Hough 28 points out of 30, Kim's top slipped a little too low for prime time television. According to Kim "the girls were tryin' to come out," and ABC edited the moment by the time the show was rebroadcast on the West Coast.

I'm a little surprised this hasn't happened more often on "Dancing." The outfits are often skimpy, the dancing is intense--those points alone can lead to a potentially awkward situation! At least Kim's "moment" didn't go too far and award her a backlash like the one Janet Jackson received during her infamous Super Bowl perfomance.

Jamie Foxx vs. Miley Cyrus: Round 1

Apparently regular people aren't the only ones getting sick of Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus. Jamie Foxx had a few choice words for the actress/singer after responding to an infuriated listener on his Sirius satellite radio show The Foxxhole on Sunday. After the listener raged about Miley Cyrus' comment that she would "ruin" Radiohead after they refused to meet her at a show, Foxx took over.

The 41-year-old actor and his crew made fun of Cyrus' mouth, ("She gotta get a gum transplant!") before continuing the rant. Besides calling 16-year-old Cyrus "a little white bitch," Foxx stated,

"Make a sex tape and grow up. Get like Britney Spears and do some heroin. Do like Lindsay Lohan and start seeing a lesbian and get some crack in your pipe."

Foxx's publicist has already leapt on the matter, cautioning fans and listeners to keep in mind that the radio show is indeed a comedy show. First of all, I'm the farthest thing from a Miley Cyrus fan. Regardless, a 41-year-old man picking on a 16-year-old girl is ridiculous.

If Foxx doesn't think Cyrus will respond, obviously he's never seen how she treats her "friends."

How does the author of this article figure that 'regular people are getting sick of Miley Cyrus'? Is it because of the $34,000,000 in tickets her movie sold this past weekend? Or is it her number 1 TV show? Nothing like being the author of an article on the internet and coming across like a complete fool.
