Lil' Wayne Halloween Costume

If you want to surprise your friends and dress as one of the most popular rappers today, listen up. I'm giving you a quick step guide to dressing like the rap sensation Lil Wayne. So if you can't rap or keep up with a fast pace beat, at least you can look like one of the music industry's elite. Lil' Wayne usually dresses simple and comfortably. Since he is on stage most of the time, it can get extremely hot. Most of the time, this rapper is decked out in some of the coolest jewelry (or bling) imaginable. His ice hangs everywhere from his neck, to his arms. Accompanied by insane amounts of jewelry is the typical white wife beater tank. Lil' Wayne also has many tattoos, which you can create yourself right at home. To achieve the look of Lil' Wayne, you will need the items below.

What you need:

*Dread lock wig

*White hooded sweatshirt

*White wife beater tank top

*Light colored faded blue jeans (preferably a size or two bigger than what you would normally wear)

*White belt with silver buckle

*Black eyeliner pencil

*Silver belt chain

*Large silver chain necklace

*Silver sneakers/ high top tennis shoes

First off, put on your white wife beater tank top. Wear the white hooded sweatshirt over the wife beater tank. To add a bit of Lil' Wayne's flare to your look, pick up a dread lock wig from your local party goods or costume store. You can choose to wear your hood over the wig if you wish. Lil' Wayne always wears baggy jeans, it is his trademark style. When you are looking for jeans to wear for this costume make sure you get them about 2 sizes bigger than what you would normally wear. To accessorize the clothing, wear a standard white leather belt along with the jeans and hook a silver belt chain to the belt. Make sure you give the chain a good amount of slack so it can hang just below you pocket.

Lil' Wayne always wears jewelry; he is hardly ever without any on. You can look just like Lil' Wayne by wearing a large silver chain along with a watch. Be sure to wear a pretty big sized watch since this is the style that Lil' Wayne typically prefers. Next, put on your high top sneakers and be sure to loosen the laces so that the shoes are bigger on your feet.
