According to an article posted on RapGodfathers, Lil Wayne has been writing songs that are intended to be recorded as soon as he is released from prison. The article discusses quotes from Baby that indicate Wayne has not written any of his lyrics since the start of his musical career as a member of the Hot Boyz group. He says that Wayne has been writing some amazing songs that should be included on his upcoming album titled Tha Carter IV in early 2011. For those that are unaware, Lil Wayne is the Rap music superstar that started the success of Young Money. This is where Drake started to get his musical expose and he has since been very successful on his own. Lil Wayne has served eight months in jail in New York for gun charges, and he will be released on the 4th of November. Fans are eager to hear some new music from the Rap star, but it is likely that any material he has written will not be as good as some of the songs that these fans and currently enjoyed. Since he has very little experience writing his own lyrics, you would be wrong to assume that anything he could write would come out amazing.

If someone else has been writing his lyrics, there is probably a reason for this. However, if you are a fan of Lil Wayne, Baby, Drake or Young Money, this has to be some news that you have been waiting for. One of the reasons why Lil Wayne has been so successful over the last few years is because he spends so much time on his music. There are few people in this world that would go straight from jail and begin recording an album that they have been writing while in jail. The fact that Lil Wayne plans to do this shows that he has a drive that very few other people have, this is what likely lead to the fame that he has enjoyed over the last few years. While he will be working on this upcoming album, he will also start working on an album that he plans to record with Drake. One of the keys to the success that Drake has experienced is the fact that his style is in contrast to what Lil Wayne brings to the music. It will be an interesting album to here these two mixed on an album.
