Linday Lohan Deposition Becoming a Joke

The Lindsay Lohan deposition finally happened today. According to TMZ though, the Lindsay Lohan deposition again was forced to start late after Lindsay Lohan and mother Dina Lohan were out partying all night. It was reported that Dina Lohan had come to town to make sure that her daughter Lindsay made it in to her court deposition on time, but apparently this dysfunctional family can't even do that. There were photos of both Lohans out partying until 2 a.m., leading to early assumptions that they weren't going to make it to court on time the next day. That was certainly the case too, as they showed up 22 minutes late to the latest deposition. Maybe if this was the first one it wouldn't matter so much.

This is the third time that the California courts have been working to get Lindsay Lohan to give a deposition about her involvement in a 2007 case. Anyone that was paying attention to Lindsay Lohan back in 2007 remembers when she allegedly stole a car with people inside of it while she was drunk and took it down the Pacific Coast Highway. There were also allegations that she was on drugs at the time, and now she is being called into court to give her side of the whole situation. It was then that Lindsay Lohan decided to skip out on the first two deposition hearings, and this was the third and final chance a judge was going to let Lohan try and show up or he was going to rule against her.

It is very clear that Lindsay Lohan either doesn't care about the legal system in this country, or that she is so far gone in her antics that she just doesn't get what is going on. Her career has taken an absolute nose-dive, she is reportedly broke, and she was fired from her latest movie role. This is in addition to authorities finding cocaine in her car after she wrecked it in 2007, after she was arrested on DUI charges, after she went through drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and after she was found with cocaine in her pocket later in 2007. How many chances will Lohan get to break the law (allegedly)? This judge needs to realize that Lohan is making a joke of not just him, but the whole legal system right now.
