Lindsay Lohan and Christina Aguilera Still Look Good when Acting Bad (links)

The self-imposed demise of Lindsay Lohan is a sad and indeed serious issue, but on a lighter note, one can only say that Lohan knows how to look good while being bad. Another celebrity character, Christina Augilera has the same ability to blunder the most sacred words of our National Anthem, but amazingly continued on without missing a beat in her flashy Christian Dior suit at the Super Bowl on Sunday.

First there is the sad story of once promising actress Lindsay Lohan who is due in court today (February 9) at 1:30 pm PT for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from an upscale jewelry store in Venice, CA on January 22, just a few weeks after being released from rehab.

While most people in Lindsay's shoes would be preparing their case along with sweating and fretting about the future outcome on the day prior to a court appearance, LiLo instead was spotted at Byron Tracey salon which is located in Beverly Hills.

Apparently Lindsay was getting her hair done and some folks from RadarOnline.com were able to get both pictures and video of Lindsay sitting in the chair and putting food in her mouth.

Lindsay's attorney claims her client is innocent, but should she be wrong, the troubled starlet could land in prison for up to three years.

And while this may be old news (it happened just three days ago on Super Bowl Sunday) there's Christina Aguilera who no matter how badly she messed up the National Anthem continued to look good while doing it.

That being said, it just goes to show that no matter how badly you perform or behave, you must always look your best, at least in celebrity-ville.

In case you missed it, Aguilera got confused when it was time to sing "O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming", and instead repeated the second line "What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming."

However, Aguilera should be given credit. Not only did she continue singing despite the flub, she issued a statement later to the Associated Press saying, "I can only hope that everyone could feel my love for this country and that the true spirit of its anthem still came through."

Funny how people talk just about Christina's performance and omit talking about the disaster that the Black Eye Peas were.... They sounded horrible! At least Christina can actually SING!

I guess when you look like them, you don't really have to be able to act. LOL
