Lindsay Lohan Confirms Lesbian Relationship with Samantha Ronson

According to an AP article on a recent Loveline interview with Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, Lohan confirmed rumors that she and open lesbian Samantha Ronson have dated "for a very long time." Ted Stryker, the co-host of Loveline interviewed Ronson over the phone about her friendships with Travis Barker and DJ AM, who were injured in a plane crash September 19, 2008.

On Associated Content, Mummingbirds had reported that Lohan and Ronson planned to marry before the end of the year. Lohan's publicist Leslie Sloane-Zelnick has denied that Lohan is engaged to be married. Apparently the relationship progressed beyond Britney Spears's experimental kiss with Madonna at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards. The true depth of the relationship remains to be seen. I think it's a serious relationship. As Lohan criticizes Sarah Palin in her myspace blog, she asked: "Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock?"

As a lesbian, Lohan would have reason to fear Palin, whose church promoted a conference that sought to "convert" homosexuals. Some Christians view homosexuality as a morally deficient choice and such a conference propagates that belief. Andrew Sullivan stated: "Palin is on record seeking to strip gay couples of all rights in their relationships."

The relationship could be another Ellen Degeneres and Anne Heche, or it could be an Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi. Only a prestigious magazine could afford the first private pictures of the same sex couple. Time to crash the New York Magazine server with some new pictures!

Lohan's blog includes an entry that asks for friends to "send out prayers" to Ronson's injured friends, Barker and DJ AM. She slams Joe Francis, the flesh merchant of the Girls Gone Wild media empire, saying he's done a lot of "s---" and that he's an "a--hole." Celebrity Truth attributes Lohan's tirade to comments Francis made about Ronson. He stated that Ronson has "taken ownership" of Lohan. Francis believes Ronson has control over Lohan and perhaps has brainwashed her.

Lindsay Lohan has never had a good relationship with her father Michael Lohan, and his comments haven't healed any old wounds. X17online somehow obtained an email from Michael Lohan, who feels compelled to state his concern over Ronson. Michael relates "first hand" gossip about Ronson's living conditions. "Have you ever seen her apartment? For God's sake, when she runs out of toilet paper she tells people to use the cardboard roll." Celebrities are very ecologically conscious. Perhaps Ms. Ronson merely tries to save on waste by encouraging her visitors to fully utilize the toilet paper roll rather than discard a portion unused!

Clay Aiken also came out of the closet on September 23, 2008, but everyone already knew he was gay.
