Lindsay Lohan has changed her hair color, but she remains an actress with a drug and alcohol problem. The court has forced her to wear a alcohol-monitoring bracelet, which fans, including her father Michael Lohan, hope is a significant step in getting the actress to get clean. The signs of substance abuse are clear when one looks at the now puffy and haggard face of Lindsay Lohan. The actress now looks older than her 23 years. Blonde is beautiful, but not necessarily on a drug and alcohol addict.

Lindsay Lohan has changed her hair, but now she needs to change her life. The actress is set to play Linda Lovelace in the movie Inferno, but none of that is likely to happen if she continues to wreck her life. Lohan is making changes, but only the changes she is being court ordered to do. Most would agree that the time has come for Lindsay to acknowledge she has a problem and take steps on her own.
