Lindsay Lohan Goes to Jail July 20, 25% of 90 Days Possible Jail Term

Lohan's 90 Days Rehab May Be Longer Than Jail Term

Lindsay Lohan's day in court did not work towards her celebrity status di-vantage. Lohan was slapped with 90 days jail time followed by 90 days in a substance abuse program, otherwise known as rehab. But we're betting on Lohan spending only a fraction of time in jail, unlike the 90 days of rehab.

It was written all over Lindsay Lohan's face today. The classic "job scheduling" and the "what, I wasn't in compliance" confusion mixed with a dash of "hold that thought, I have to compose myself" as Lohan pleaded that she did the best she could when it came down to her responsibilities following the 2007 DUI charge.

Lohan had the diva track record when it came to avoiding time, in jail. Most would have already spent time behind bars. Or at least the average citizen.

Lohan's failure to attend court last month was blanketed by global excuses. But today the "oh, my dog ate my schedule...and my passport" did not match up with the moment at hand. The rebel in disguise touched Judge Marsha Revel's last nerve when Lohan failed to attend the DUI classes set by the judge. Not a good move Lohan about to enter the land of no man.

As Lohan broke out in tears many can remember her wonderful movie roles, such as Georgia Rule when Lindsay played a spoiled rotten rich girl who had a hard time comprehending with the rules of her peers. However, today's act may have been a realistic view after the fact.

After pleading, Lohan listened to the sentencing - broke down and cried.

We can only imagine what Lindsay Lohan's Twitter page says by tomorrow. Tonight it seems that she's reaching out to Chris Brown, if that is actually Lohan's page. In the recent past her Twitter account was hacked leaving everyone in a wild goose chase for the real Lindsay Lohan Twitter page.

Lohan, most likely, will follow in the path of Paris - not the city but the girl who spent 4 days in jail after being sentenced for a lengthy time. TMZ sheds light on this avenue.

According to TMZ Lindsay Lohan might get out after spending 25% of her term. Lohan must turn herself in on July 20, 2010 while in Revel's court. And just when Lohan's drama couldn't get any better than last month when Lohan was on an overseas yacht partying it up while dodging the L.A. court system.

You can say she's without a paddle.

UPDATE: Lindsay Lohan's new attorney is wide open for the moment, the recent attorney, after her last one quit, gave up on her case - before it even began.

    This girl truly needs help.

Well, with the jail overcrowding and the fact that they're releasing dangerous folks back onto the streets, I would say she'll probably serve about 90 minutes ...
