Lindsay Lohan had her first jailhouse visit Tuesday afternoon after her former attorney Shawn Chapman-Holley came to visit the actress in jail.

According to E! News Shawn Chapman-Holley is reportedly back on Lindsay Lohan's legal team and working to try and get the actress out of jail even sooner than the two weeks she will reportedly be in jail. The actress was supposed to serve a 90 day sentence for a probation violation, but experts say she will serve two to three weeks due to overcrowding.

Chapman-Holley was replaced last week by famed OJ Simpson attorney Robert Shapiro. Shapiro quit as Lohan's attorney three days after he took the job. Leading up to a Judge sentencing Lohan to 90 days in jail and 90 days in drug and alcohol rehab Chapman-Holley was a familiar fixture with the troubled star.

Reporters asked Shawn Chapman-Holley questions about Lindsay Lohan and how she was doing as the attorney exited the Facility Lohan is currently serving her sentence in, but she refused to answer any questions.

At the Century Regional Detention Facility, where Lohan is currently, inmates can only get visits from friends and family members on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30AM to 7:15PM. Monday-Friday from 9:15AM to 12PM inmates can receive visits with lawyers and other professionals.

MTV is also reporting Lindsay Lohan may have a chance to update one of her social networking accounts while in jail. Inmates have access to the Internet while in jail for an hour they can use for recreation in any way they want.

While MTV said the actress hasn't update her Twitter account since Monday night, they plan to watch it in case Lindsay, or a person tweeting for Lindsay, signs on.

Lohan can also receive fan mail and letters of support from the public while in jail and possibly have access to monitored email.

MTV suggested the star use the newest way to update your Twitter account, Dial2Do. With a simple phone cal Lohan could update her Twitter account, send a text message or update her phone by using her voice to send a written message.

Now that she is in jail I think having any kind of special treatment over and above what others in jail have is just wrong. She needs to learn a lesson and giving her special treatment will not do that it is a waste of tax payers dollars to pay for her meals and time in jail if they pamper her.
