Lindsay Lohan Leaves Jail After Posting Bail

Money talks and Li-lo walks. That's the story today in yet another installment of the Lindsay Lohan drama.

After getting thrown in the poky for testing dirty on a mandatory, random drug test just a mere three weeks after she was released from UCLA rehab (who, by the way, said that Lindsay did NOT have a drug problem), Lindsay Lohan filed an appeal and posted a $300,000 bond and walked free until her next court date. But, listen, so little time, so many more drugs to take, you know?

I've finally reached the dew point on this story. Saturation overload has occurred and I'm officially sick and tired of it. I'm all about redemption, however, and I still hold firm to the belief that Lindsay Lohan can change. Hey, Robert Downey, Jr. did it, okay? It can happen.

It won't happen, though, until her two supreme enablers - her mother and her father - get some serious counseling and family therapy. But, I doubt that will be occurring anytime soon. Besides, Dina is busy pimping out her next child, Ali, who is posing pretty darn provocatively in some recent "modeling" shots. It takes a lot of money to finance the Lohans, so I guess Ali Lohan will become the next sacrificial lamb.

Addiction is an insidious and all consuming sickness and rarely occurs in a vacuum. Li-lo's issues reach far and wide into her family dynamics, all of whom are sporting their own special brand of addiction as well. They've turned into fame whores and are so drunk with the notion of celebrity and money, their kid is dying in front of them and they can't see it.

There is no happy ending to this story. Those who know Lindsay as an actress say she has some serious talent. But, unfortunately, those of us who don't know Lindsay are having a hard time seeing or believing that.

At this rate, it's doubtful we ever will.

It's sad that, if it were my kid or your's, she would be behind bars. Love the way your express yourself. Going to go read some more.
