Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again after her most recent indiscretions have resulted in more failed drug tests while she was on probation. Lindsay Lohan just continues her downward spiral into oblivion, and this time she needs to be sent to jail again. Multiple attempts at rehabilitation have failed for Lindsay Lohan and it is time for her to take responsibility for her actions.

It has been reported that Lindsay Lohan has tested positive for both cocaine and amphetamines while she has been on probation. And this incident occurs just weeks after she got out of rehab. But this is not the first time that we have been here with Lindsay Lohan. No this is a pattern and she needs to grow up, take responsibility for her actions and serve the time to help straighten up her life.

Here are primary reasons why Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again:

#1 Reason that Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again:

In January of 2007 she went into her first round of rehab when Lindsay Lohan admitted herself into the Wonderland Center rehabilitation facility. The actress spent 30 days at the facility and she checked out on February 16, 2007, supposedly rehabilitated.

#2 Reason that Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again:

By May 2007 she lost control of her car and it ran up on a curb. The Beverly Hills police found cocaine and that she was driving under the influence of alcohol. Lindsay Lohan then entered the Promises Treatment Center for 45 days, her second attempt at rehabilitation. She wore a SCRAM bracelet while she was in outpatient care.

#3 Reason that Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again:

By July of the same year, less than two weeks after leaving rehab, she failed a field sobriety test and was found with cocaine again. She was booked on felony charges and her license was suspended. Back to rehab she goes for a third time! This time Lindsay Lohan went to the Cirque Lodge Treatment Center in August 2007 and stayed through October.

The actress pleaded guilty and was sentenced to one day of jail time, 10 days community service, payment of fines, and three years probation. She issued a statement that said, "It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs." She served 84 minutes in jail.

#4 Reason that Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again:

Her probation was extended into October 2009 and she missed several court-ordered substance abuse treatment classes. By May 2010, Lindsay Lohan was ordered additionally to attend weekly alcohol education classes and back came the SCRAM bracelet, also she had to do random weekly drug tests. .

#5 Reason that Lindsay Lohan needs to be sent to jail again:

July 6th this year there was a hearing and the judge declared that Lohan did violate her parole and she had to serve 90 days in jail. The judge also ordered her to do 90 days in an inpatient rehab program. Lindsay Lohan served just 14 days in jail in late July and she was immediately taken to a UCLA program where she spent just 23 days. She was ordered to submit to random drug testing - again.

And here we are now just weeks after her fourth rehab stint and Lindsay has once again failed multiple drug tests and is in violation of her parole. Numerous reports have come out that show her partying ways. She has proven over and over again that she cannot be trusted. Send Lindsay Lohan back to jail and make her take responsibility for her actions.

She is a repeat offender and I thought the law dictates that repeat offenders do more time?
