Potentially facing another stretch behind bars, Lindsay Lohan received a gentle dismal from the Los Angeles Superior Court judge Stephanie Sautner. While the tabloids are having a field day with the latest Lohan goes to court story, Lohan has been taking life and the legal woes around her in her stride. Letting her hair down on one particular occasion saw new accusations of parole violations. This came after Lohan failed one of two court order tests for alcohol. The writing appeared to be on the wall for the actress when a recent house party landed the actress in trouble with neighbors and the court authorities.

Not one to back down from a battle or flee the scene of a crime, Lohan already faced up to the rulings of the court proceeding stemming back to January 2011. Lohan was accused of stealing a gold necklace from Venice jewelers Kamofie & Co on January 22. The latest court ruling sees 24-year old actress turned singer ordered back to jail. The last time the singer was in a courtroom proceedings, a Los Angeles judge ruled in favor of further parole violation and issued a warrant for Lohan's arrest in the fall.

On May 2011, Lohan was ordered to jail for up to 120 days after her lawyers acting on her behalf challenged the initial charges until they were reduced to a misdemeanor. Before the reduced charges to misdemeanor, Lohan was ordered to do community service duties at a LA Morgue and volunteer work at the LA halfway house. The young starlet even made a break from the LA routine with a well publicized relocation to New York City. The New York native born singer/actress has been eyeing a real estate property deal or two.

The transition from west to east coast is one of the turning point the "Mean Girl' star needed and longed for. With the exception of Lohan complying with a band on her holding future house parties, the future continues to look bright for her. After being spotted hitting the bar scene of New York City within days of her relocation to NYC, Lohan appeared to have learned a lesson.

Enjoying herself within moderation appears to be the new out look Lohan need to focus on. Presently, Lohan is serving her previously ruled four month sentencing at home. Do you think that something sinister is behind Lindsay Lohan's troubles with the law?
