Lovely Lindsay Lohan is not an Addict. That's right, you read it here first. The troubled young actress is not an addict, according to sources. The young actress and star of the Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Mean Girls, is a free woman for now. Lindsay Lohan is free. The terribly troubled Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan has been sprung from a brief stint in rehab. TMZ reports that LL only served 23 days of a 90-day sentence. Her sudden release from rehab has caught the media off guard. Who Knew? The doctors' that treated Lindsay Lohan in the rehab facility do not believe that she suffers any type of drug or mental problem. TMZ reported that Lohan was wrongly diagnosed. The actress does not suffer with attention deficient hyperactivity disorder or bipolar disorder. Other sources believe that the mis-diagnoses and pills prescribed led to her unusual behavior. The actress left the Los Angeles hospital after the evaluation on Tuesday. Entered a waiting Limousine, which immediately drove off from the facility.

Lohan Drug Admission

Lohan previously admitted that she did have a serious drug and alcohol problem and was ordered to rehab by judges on three separate occasions. She was also ordered to strap an alcohol monitoring device on her ankle because of failure to attend alcohol education classes which were a part of her probation release conditions.

Lohan Released

Lindsay's had a very busy month. The actress was released from jail earlier this month after only serving 13 days of a 90-day sentence. The sentence was for a parole violation concerning a 2007 incident where she was found to be under the influence of alcohol and cocaine while behind the wheel of a car. She was released at that time because of overcrowding in the jail system.

What's up for Lindsay Lohan next? Will it be another brush with the law? Another appearance in court? Another stint in drug rehab facility or jail? A return to her career? The media is carefully watching her every move. Many wonder if the troubled actress will restart her career or become media fodder as more attention is focused on her personal life instead of career. Sources say that Lindsay Lohan is planning to move back to New York after her release from the drug rehabilitation program.
