According to The NY Post and Entertainment Weekly Lindsay Lohan is already shopping around the rights to her first exclusive post jail interview. Sources say the actress, who was sentenced to 90 days in jail last week, already has a starting price of $1 million dollars.

Reports already have television shows that said they might be interested, including an interview with Barbara Walters as a possibility. But inside sources already believe Lindsay will make money on merchandise and image rights while she is in jail and rehab, along with her representatives entertaining any offers that come in for the first interview.

Lindsay already has a new line of handbags that are set to launch right after she is released from jail through her 6126 merchandise line. She already has $5 million dollars coming to her exclusively from that deal.

LA Magazine is reporting a statement from an executive at The California Bag, the company licensing the line, has Lindsay lined up to do a nude photo shoot to promote the handbags. The executives are trying to negotiate with the Judge in her case to have Lohan's ankle monitoring bracelet removed with police present for the pictures.

While Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail, she could be out in as little as 23 days for good behavior. The Judge in her case is hoping more than anything that this will scare Lohan into turning her life around and ending her drinking and drug fueled lifestyle.

With Lindsay Lohan's reported financial problems coming out in the days following the sentencing many sources are estimating Lindsay could make more money while in jail and after she is released then she has made in the last few years of her acting and singing career.
