Lindsay Lohan Will Not Serve Jail Time

TMZ is reporting tonight that Lindsay Lohan will not serve jail time for her most recent failed drug test that violates her probation. Even though Lindsay Lohan will go to court tomorrow morning, but that bail has to be set because all charges against Lindsay are misdemeanors. So as long as Lindsay Lohan has a bail bondsman at her side, she will not serve jail time.

Judge Elden Fox, whom Lindsay Lohan must face tomorrow, has been harsh with the starlet in the past. The Judge will schedule Lindsay's formal probation violation hearing probably some time in October and then will have to set her bail. That means that unfortunately Lindsay can be back to shopping by tomorrow late afternoon and Lindsay Lohan will not serve jail time.

But we have to wonder is the Judge reading any of the activities being reported about Lindsay Lohn lately? We know that Lindsay Lohan sent out a tweet on September 17th where she openly admitted to failing her drug tests, "I'm taking responsibility for my actions and am prepared to face the consequences." It sounds very mature doesn't it?

But there are other circumstances being reported by US magazine now. It seems that while Lindsay Lohan was sounding all repentant and mature, she was busy laughing and drinking while she wrote that tweet. It seems she was at dinner with friends at Magnolia in Hollywood and Lindsay Lohan was drinking Jack and Coke.

The carefully crafted message was worded with the support of Lindsay's assistant and another friend that gave her tips such as not using the word 'mistake', instead to use the word 'setback'. Once the message was complete they sent it to her management team for final approval. Lindsay Lohan laughed off the fact she was drinking whiskey by saying sarcastically, "What are you gonna do? I'm ill."

Ill? Yeah, right. Lindsay Lohan has been to rehab clinics four times since 2007 and she just continues to spiral out of control. Eve her mother Dina said that Lindsay would get off without jail time at a party on September 17th, "Who cares if it's true? Our new team is like a machine. They'll squash this."

If something doesn't get Lindsay Lohan under control sometime soon, she may end up just self-destructing and squashing herself. But it sounds like for right now that Lindsay Lohan will not serve jail time.
