Lindsay Lohan, 23, can flirt! On October 16, she and Balthazar Getty were seen whispering into each other's ears at L.A.'s Voyeur. "They had chemistry," a witness says. On October 19, she cozied up to Gerard Butler at NYC's Rose Bar. "He bought her drinks," a source says. But with Kellan Lutz November 6 at Crown Bar, a fellow bar-goer says, "she tried to make a move, but he was not interested." (Lohan denies the flirtations and tells that her nights out have been primarily business meetings.)

Help Yourself to Refreshments:
Partying at L.A.'s My House November 14, Lohan was seen casually stuffing an unopened bottle of vodka into her handbag. And a source confirms she "caused a scene" by refusing to pay for two bottles of champagne November 6 at Crown Bar.

Or 20? During friend Brittny Gastineau's November 6 birthday party, an eyewitness says, Lohan funneled a "gaggle of biker chicks" into L.A.'s Crown Bar. "She was typing on her BlackBerry, instructing them to come through the back," says the source, who sat with Lohan. The more the merrier? Not in this case: After pouring her friends drinks, the source adds, "she started sobbing uncontrollably and ran out."

Keep the Mood Festive:
It's always a drama-filled night with Lohan. On November 7 at Voyeur, she glared at ex Harry Morton while he danced provocatively with his girlfriend, Hayden Panettiere, an onlooker says. (Lohan then stormed off.) Things got more heated November 16 at Teddy's in Hollywood. "She freaked out and berated a hostess," a source says. Why the mood? Possibly because ex-pal Justin Tirmberlake "refused to acknowledge her." And on November 19, she threw a tantrum at Hollywood's The Tea Room at H.wood: "She got really upset. "People kept trying to get her to leave." Instead, she and a friend loitered for two hours. The star was similarly ostracized November 14 at an L.A. art collector's house party. After arriving at 5 A.M., 'she had to wait 20 minutes at the gate until people let her in,' a source says. "Nobody wanted her there."
