Lohan Faces 12 Months of Drug Testing

Lindsey Lohan finds herself with an extended sentence for being randomly drug tested. A superior Court Judge, Marsha N. Revel ordered Lindsey Lohan to be drug tested randomly and frequently for a full year.

In 2011 Lindsey Lohan will have completed her probation, but she still has a 90 days jail sentence to serve. Lindsey Lohan will probably not serve the full 3 month sentence because L.A. jails often release non-violent inmates early due to population control and she will also have a chance for early release if she keeps good behavior while being in jail.

It is unclear whether Lindsey Lohan will have to wear the SCRAM bracelet for the remainder of her probation.

According to a report from PEOPLE, Lindsey Lohan continuously tested the judge's patience by giving excuses and alleged lies. This is something that most addicts are well known for, lying and making excuses.

Lindsey Lohan to go to jail at the Los Angeles County jail to serve a 90 day jail term, she will more than likely finish the remainder of her sentence at the Century Regional Detention Facility located in Lynwood, CA because it is the only female jail for women in the area.

When Lindsey Lohan completes her 90 day jail sentence, or sooner if she is released before her time is up, she will remain on probation until 2011 and thanks to the court ruling made today, she will continue to be monitored for drug use for the next full year. If she fails a drug test she will face more time in jail.
