Lindsey Vonn fan mania has hit an all time high after she claimed a gold medal at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver. In fact, the search is spiking for Lindsey Vonn and associated keywords.
Shortly after NBC aired her gold medal acceptance, the search for the Team USA athlete was buzzing.
