Lion Heart's Solutions: Cook Outside Save Millions

Chris Ware
By many statistics the top cause of death in the world is respiratory related ailments. Since this is one of the top causes of death it is going to be the first thing that we are going to cover. This is one thing that Lion Heart puts a large emphasis on teaching since it is such a problem. Many people that Lion Heart has taught have seen families members and friends die from this and when he teaches them the simple solutions to this problem they realize that they could have saved their friends and family members had they known. When they are told the cause it becomes obvious to them and they realize they should have done things differently. Hopefully from this article others can learn what to do and save their friends and family.

Many things contribute to this being the top killer. Some problems are an individual can not do anything about such as air pollution. Some things such as smoking and second hand smoke they can have some impact on. One of the biggest reasons this is a problem they can easily fix though.

One of the main causes of death from respiratory ailments is from cooking in homes that are not properly ventilated. Millions even billions of people around the world live in homes like this. If your home was made on your own it is probably not properly ventilated. Modern homes this is not a problem with. In the villages in Liberia Lion Heart teaches people to not cook inside. Cooking inside the air does not get out and children and mothers often get sick.

All it would take to eliminate one of the top killers in the world is two words. Cook outside. On top of cooking outside Lion Heart also suggest that people do not smoke or quit smoking. While the developed nations area aware of the risks of smoking many other nations do not know about the harmful effects and are targeted by the cigarette companies.

Lion Heart reminds everyone to not cook inside your home as well as to stop smoking.
