I've been poisoned; I can feel it running through my veins
But the weird thing about this poison is it causes pleasure, not pain.
I received no warning, not even a hiss
Because I wasn't bitten by a snake, the venom came from your kiss.
When your lips of venom touch mine, they leave my body feeling funny.
My heart races, my hands shake and my sweaty palms want to spend my money.
Even the cloudiest day seems sunny.
Because your venom isn't bitter; it tastes like honey.
I've been poisoned; I can feel it running through my veins.
It sometimes overwhelms me to the point I think I'll go insane.
I'm a goner, that's something that is for sure.
Because, when it comes to your lips of venom, there is no cure.
