Growing Church in Morristown

AC FITNESS BOY
Liquid Church in Morristown NJ is focusing on the old testament book of Joel and will talk about spiritual warfare. It recently finished a rock god series delving into the word of God using secular music.

I find it is a group of well meaning people. And yet all my friends went away. I guess I will make new friends. But I feel sad that I don't get to keep in touch with my old friends as much as I would like to. But they just had communion and said that things will be better. Funny how it seems that everyone's afraid of change. Yet I hate doing the same thing over and over.

Maybe it would be better if people weren't afraid of change. I used to be more scared of the unknown. But I've gotten a lot better. Liquid Church is a contemporary Christian church lead by Pastor Tim Lucas, a high energy pastor who has a vision of reaching the un churched and the over churched.

It really ministers to a lot of people and its bible based. I find it friendly and hopeful for growth. At first I didn't like the idea of moving the church to Morristown but they've reached out to the community and I feel they are doing a good job.

They recently had a Charity Water fund raiser to get water to the poor people of Africa and around the world. I am really proud that I helped with that.

I think there is a need for morals and integrity in New Jersey. Too many people do whatever they want. I consider myself Republican because they believe in morals. I go to church and it sort of grew up around me and my friends used to call me J-lo. I have been hurt by men who say they were my friend yet did not treat me right.

Yet I have had wonderful friendships at liquid. Not everyone is my friend. But I have had a lot of friends there. But I needed some space after getting the nickname J-lo and I just wanted to get married. My pastor has big plans for liquid, I just wish someone would ask me out.

Liquid is a young Church. I started going to Millington Baptist Church and the College and Career group which turned into Liquid. I have grown a lot since then. And I like to think I belong there.
