Lititz Springs Pool, Lititz Pennsylvania: Splash; It's Open

The summer swim season is here and the Lititz Springs Pool, in Lititz Pennsylvania, opened with a Splash. It is located on Maple Street behind the high school and across the way from the Lititz Recreation Center.

The pool is open daily. Monday through Saturdays the pool is open from 12:30 am to 8 pm. Sundays the pool opens at 1 pm and remains open to 8 pm. In case of inclement weather (lightening, violent storms, 40 days and 40 nights of rain, etc.) the pool will close early.

Daily admission:

Adult, $6
Youth 3 to 17, $5
*Senior citizen, $3
Children under 3, free

After 5 pm:
Adult, $4
Youth 3 to 17, $3
*Senior citizen, $1.50

Although children under 10 must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years old, baby sitting passes are available at the pool office for $40. Babysitter passes may not be used without the person they are supposed to be watching.

Family, $210
Single, $105
*Senior citizen couple, $160
*Senior citizen single, $80

(Season passes are only available to Warwick School District Residents)
*The pool designates seniors as those 62 years of age and older.

As a disabled person myself, in speaking with the manager of the pool, I found he was most accommodating of those with disabilities. If a person with a disability needs someone to tote and carry items and not remain with them to swim, they may bring items in and then leave. There is no charge for this privilege. For those with more advanced needs, such as those that would feel more comfortable having a 'buddy' to help swim with them or help them in or out of the pool, they may purchase a 'babysitter pass' with the same restrictions as those of the regular babysitters pass. The pass may not be used without the disabled person present.

Please do not bring glass containers to Lititz Springs Pool; it is a safety issue.
