The dollar store has all kinds of little cheap tutus for dress up and play. Slip on a pretty pink one over a pink leotard and tights. Put hair up in a pretty bun and add a shiny dollar store tiara. Use white slip on socks with no cuff as ballet shoes. Get out the glitter again to make little girls sparkle from head to toe in their new ballerina Halloween costume.

Little girls delight in dressing up as colorful fairies for Halloween. Dress your little girl in green or brown leotard and tights.
