Little Lids by Katie Segel is a boutique shop on Etsy. Katie started her business in 2004 and it's grown exponentially. The fleece hats for children are absolutely adorable. Katie sent us the Flapper Hat in pink and green and it is perfect for my daughter. The fleece is amazingly soft and the colors are beautiful and vibrant. The stitching is immaculate and it's easy to tell that this hat, while very cute, is extremely durable and will definitely last us through the entire winter. With four different sizes to choose from, I know I will be able to buy another one for her next year.
The different styles available are numerous. There is definitely a hat here for any child. The tiny sizes make perfect baby shower gifts and the larger sizes will fit any age from 4 to tweens. I know that my son would love the Monster Hat and am definitely thinking what great Christmas gifts these hats would make for all the kids on my list.
I love the attention to detail that is easily seen when you look at and feel these hats. It's no wonder that Katie hears compliments everywhere she goes. Little Lids are creative and fun. Having two small children for inspiration and new ideas is definitely a plus for the artist behind these hats. I love the eco look of the Bird hat and the whimsy of the Butterfly hat.
I also really like that, though all the hats are precious, none are too age specific. A small child would love the Flapper hat just as much as a tween. Having a product with such diversity certainly sets Little Lids apart and having a product that is high quality, handmade and fun puts them at the top of my list of great gift ideas.
I encourage everyone to stop by Little Lids by Katie Segel and see how many of these adorable hats will be perfect for the kids in your life.
