Little Rabbit

Little rabbit

had a poor habit

to eat and eat

juicy fruits

and oily sweets.

In some of his treats

he even ate

big rats,

and grew bully

and fat.

His habitat

was either

the fields of wheat

or the shops

of bakery street.

His immense greed

spoiled the chef's cream and

despoiled farmer's seed.

With their burning souls

both searched every corner

finally found the rabbit's hole.

they tied a rope with knotted loop

and filled the hole with ice cream scoop.

anyone that would step there

will then find himself dangling in air.

Next night when the rabbit came

with his tummy

filled with candy and rummy

he went into the hole

found himself

hanging from the pole.

he was trapped

though

looking at the fluffy cream below

his eyes gave a glow.

he moaned

and gave a groan

but was left hanging

in air all alone.

Little rabbit...
