Littlest Pet Shop Playful Paws Pet Daycare Play Set Review

Jendayi
There is much to do at the Playful Paws daycare center. Your children will enjoy playing with the accessories and letting their pets explore the various levels in the center. The center is painted in a fanciful turquoise blue. Swirl shaped designs painted in purple, pink, and green, and splotches of orange cover the back portion of the daycare center. There are several sizable open windows of varying sizes positioned throughout the center for littlest pets to peek in and out of.

The house opens up for easy play. There is minimal assembly required for one of the accessories. Kids can let their pets play on the swinging perch, the swinging basket or the jungle gym which includes a slide. When the littlest pet is tired kids can give it a ride in the elevator to the top floor for a rest in the sleeping cubby or they can place them in the pink bed for rest. The sleeping cubby has an open and close door and the pink bed can be positioned almost anywhere in the center. The elevator works by manually pushing it up and down.

What's in the package:

One exclusive littlest pet shop porcupine
One jungle gym
One pink bed
One plastic hair dryer
One plastic brush
One purple carrying bag
One piece of corn
One water bottle
One teddy bear
One toy
One block of cheese
One toy mouse
One purple basket (that can be attached to the set and pushed back and forth)

Review: This toy is a great toy for children aged 4 and up. What I like most about this play set is the spaciousness of it. The center is not too big but its size is sufficient enough to move around and house multiple pets. The swing, perch, and elevator do not move by batteries but by manual action which I think enhances imagination. The set and accessories are of great quality and made out of a sturdy material.

The great thing about this play set and all littlest pet shop play sets is that you can add on to them by purchasing additional Littlest Pet play sets. This set comes with one littlest pet. If your child does not own any littlest pets I would suggest either purchasing one single littlest pet or to purchase a starter pack which includes 10 littlest pets. The single littlest pets retail at $5-$6 and the 10 pack of littlest pets retail at $20. Littlest pets can be purchased at retail stores such as target, Toys "R"Us, and Wal-Mart or they can be purchased online through Hasbro toy shop.

Pros: There is very little assembly. The only item that needs to be assembled is the jungle gym which can be set up in just two snaps. The toy offers hours of fun and is very affordable. The center can hold multiple pets.

Cons: There weren't any that I could find.

This play set receives a 5 out of 5 rating.

There is minimal assembly required and no batteries needed. The Littlest pet Shop Playful paws pet daycare play set retails at just $19.99 and is recommended for ages 4 and up. Parents should know that there are multiple tiny pieces included in the play set that can become choking hazards for smaller children.
