'Live to Dance'- Week 5: Who Made the 'Live to Dance' Finals?

'Live to Dance' Winner Will Be Announced Next Week

Wednesday night on CBS' "Live To Dance", it was one dance, one last chance for the finalists, while America put one last dance act hopeful into the pool for the half a million dollar prize.

Already in the finals were The Vibe, White Tree Fine Art, D'Angelo and Amanda, Twitch and Dance Town Chaos.

Based on last week's viewer vote, 11-year old Kendall Glover also moved on to the finals, beating out Jill and Jacob, Roosevelt Anderson, Tap Sounds Underground and A Shore Thing.

Paula Abdul and judges Kimberly Wyatt and Travis Payne critiqued as the 6 dance acts each performed one final dance. This was make or break time. But while the judges' opinions may matter to the dancers, it's America who has the final say this time. Paula Abdul appealed to viewers to vote for the dance act that most inspires them.

Twitch kicked things off with an energetic dance, prompting Travis to get all scary with his, "Ah! That was awesome! You have set the bar!" Three gold stars for these girls and one Anthony.

White Tree Fine Art- We got a glimpse into this married couple's life which literally centers around their ballet studio. Kimberly called them "a fairytale come to life." Travis acknowledged his rocky start with this duo, but proclaimed, "I'm a believer now." Three gold stars.

The Vibe- This dance troupe of 38 has already divided what $500,000 by 38 is. Answer: $13,158 each. Not bad for doing what you already love to do anyway. But their final dance was a little all over the place. Paula warned them that less is sometimes more. Travis said it was too much to look at. Two gold stars, one red (from Travis).

Kendall Glover- As the only soloist in the competition, she has her work cut out for her. She's taking the judges' advice about her leg movements in stride, but reveals that she had tendonitis and underwent physical therapy- at age 9. When host Andrew Gunsberg asks her what she would do with the prize money if she won, she said "Save it for college, re-do my room and take my family on vacation." Next up, a picture perfect dance (Kim: "You are a powerhouse") and three gold stars.

Dance Town Chaos- They went hip hop style and all Village People looking. Paula screamed through tears of joy about how authentic and relevant these guys are. Three golds.

D'Angelo and Amanda- This tween couple was all business. D'Angelo looks like a mini Ricky Ricardo- and he's about as henpecked. They pull off an intense tango, which has Travis telling them, "You are the future of ballroom dance." Three gold stars.

Next week, the 'Live To Dance" grand prize winner will be announced. $500,000 for 6 weeks of competition. It beats being on "Big Brother."

You can catch the "Live to Dance" season finale on Wednesday, February 9th at 8:00 pm ET on CBS.
