Watchin' all the sufferin', how can you make it
If you got no money and no friends
Well it can be hard trying to get ahead
You gotta be strong now to live through all the stress
Of life as you face it but what can you do
Without money and friends cause
It can make you go crazy and your mind real hazy
But if you live jus for each day jus take it
Will it be ok, cause it's hard to fake it
And make it through each day
Cause somebody tell me what's the use in this
So many dying and crying, lying sick on the streets but
Where is the love and your family, where is the friendship
And your sanity, how can we survive it, when we don't have no chances
Gotta make it, gotta be strong, but it's so hard jus to get along
Well what can you do if you ain' got no money and
If you're lonely and hungry, well whose gonna help you
The streets just won't welcome you
But you gotta move and you gotta be true
And you try to make it each day to
Survive through all the struggles in life
And not be depressed, but as you walk down the street
There's nobody to meet but you keep on walking and walking
Hope to find some kind of peace somebody to meet
But it's not gonna be easy and you stay a while cause
If you look to the stars and sky
Sometimes you can see beyond this life
And then you feel like you're somewhere else
Jus happy and free like you're in a dream. Peace.
