There are a few ways that I relieve my stomach problems that help me that may also help you If you are suffering from the same uncomfortable condition. If I wake up in the morning and I am really just not feeling the best due to Irritable bowel syndrome and have enough spare time before heading off to work I normally just take a nice warm bath. For some reason the warmth of the water and just relaxing and staying still seems to help sooth my stomach.
I also take my prescribed medication that I got from the doctors. Just here recently I went to the Doctors to see what was wrong with me because I kept having to miss work because my stomach aches would be so bad that I literally could not leave the house some mornings. I finally had enough and went to the Doctors office had to of been the best move I have ever made. At first I was a little worried because I though what are they going to think about me? Are they going to think I am weird? I also was thinking this is so embarrassing discussing my bowel movements with some stranger and while yes they do ask you weird questions you have to answer them honestly.
Another thing that I have done to relieve my symptoms is to cut back on eating all of the Junk food I was eating before and I have opted to eat a little healthier to and amazingly enough all of the weight I gained from eating unhealthy has almost all disappeared since I found out that I have irritable bowel syndrome and have been trying to relieve the symptoms.
I have also attempted to cut my stress levels back which is very hard in my profession due to constantly dealing with the stress of dealing with a lot of people and most of them not being the best of people and a lot of them disrespecting my profession due to them always getting in trouble.
These are just a few things that can ease up your irritable bowel syndrome that are helping me. I just really hope to all that read this that you know that you are not alone and there is help out there for you.
