Living blind or living deaf,
We take these senses for granted
Without one or the other,
I am sure some couldn't stand it.
We take these senses for granted
Without one or the other,
I am sure some couldn't stand it.
I see those who do not have,
Sight and hearing like most do
I wonder how it would be,
If I was blind or deaf too.
It seems without these two senses
Much of the world they miss,
Wonder if the other senses
Help them overcome this.
The fact is everyone is blessed,
Even those who are blind or deaf.
Let's all remember, kindness is the key,
A language the deaf hear and the blind see.
