This life,
This life of mine,
Seems far away at times,
This life of mine,
Seems far away at times,
It's filled with paces,
Paces that I can't decipher,
Going through with no strategy, no things considered,
Living my life as simple as can be,
On the fast lane, it's getting faster,
Day in and day out, without a doubt,
Comparing my life like on a fast lane,
Driving and sifting through the curves and bends,
Sharp and soft ones at that,
Living my life on the fast lane,
Without a clue, not going to give in,
Giving in to those temptations,
This life,
This life of mine,
Trying to keep the journey as plain as can be..
