Living on Massachusetts' South Shore

One memory I have of being here is eating a lobster dinner with my father. My father & I both bought two lobsters at Star Market on Granite Street in Quincy, MA. We both struck up a conversation with a woman waiting to buy four lobsters (four lobsters is the maximum that any customer can buy). My father and this woman talked about journeying to France & French-Speaking countries (My father travels to French-Speaking countries all the time - once a year to be exact.). The lady behind the seafood counter was preparing (cooking) our lobsters. The lady, with whom we were both speaking to, was planning on making a lobster salad. She was very pleasant to speak with and we (my father & I) both saw her again at the checkout counter. The line was neverending and my father was as hungry as a wolf. All my father & I could do was wait and continue talking with this nice lady about French Language & French Culture (&, As I, Originally, Stated, About Francophone Countries). Our turn, finally, came to check out. My father & I, both, unloaded the groceries onto the checkout counter and we were well on our way. The lobsters were a real treat for both of us (me & my father) as we do not have lobsters too often. But, all in all, it was just one true taste of the South Shore that appealed to us, most of all, in our lobster meal that night. Another chosen calling came when my father & I went to a, clearly, notable small book festival at Alantica Restaurant in Cohasset, MA (on the harbor), sponsored by Buttonwood Books & Toys, a book/gift shop at The Shaw's Plaza on Route 3A in Cohasset, MA (Near The Scituate, MA Border).

Another experience on the South Shore, worth mentioning, was at The Habilitation Assistance Corporation Access Center on Foster Road in Braintree, MA (Right Near The Holbrook, MA Border). My father and I met the most career driven & amazing person that anyone could ever meet. She was very open minded and spoke to us like my father was the President Of The United States and I was the first son (The President's Son). And because of the two of us walking into her office on the day she saw us, she was just filled with pure joy for the rest of the day. By us walking into her life (& our very presence) on that very day, we made someone one of the happiest people in the world and, consequently, she will, indeed, never ever forget that day for as long as she lives. This was, in fact, a very happy time in our lives too. This is but one example that the South Shore really is, unanimously, filled with great people. Trying to fill an empty void in all our lives is what we were all put on this world to do - to affect change where it is needed. After all, . . . It's not that difficult to do and it's, certainly, worthwhile. People are all very different from each other, but we all are the same in one sense - we all have feelings. We all like different flavors of ice cream. If we all liked the same flavor of ice cream, our kind would be extremely very bland (not much that anyone could ever say about that). On the South Shore, especially, people work different jobs, wear different clothes, act totally different than one another, etc. One will find this kind of situation not just on the South Shore, but everywhere - all around the world. Humans depend on one another - delivering our mail to us, sending out our mail, taking care of our health (when we get sick), educating us (advancing our knowledge in different areas) (e. g. mathematics, chemistry, biology, languages, history, geriatrics, pediatrics, health science, grammar, etc.), protecting us, taking care of the world that we all live on, etc. Life, undoubtedly, has its' ups & downs, but when one thinks about, we, as human beings, all have the power to communicate, problem solve, and make our own destinies (which should be some comfort). We are able minded individuals with a lot to give back to society. The fact that society has given us so much to begin with is food for thought - what we should all ponder over for many multitudinous years ahead.
