Michigan struggled to pull out a 28-16 win over Big Ten rival Northwestern in week 5 of the college season, but was it their second or third win in the 2007 college football season? Freshman Artis Chambers, who played in all four games before this week, should not have played against Penn State last week according to eligibility rules.
