INGREDIENTS:
- Tostada Shells (1 pkg serves 8-10)
- 1 lb pre-cooked / shredded chicken
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- Refried Beans (1-16 oz can)
- Sour Cream (1 pint)
- Salsa (Red or Green; depending on preference)
- Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (2 cup pkg)
- Black Olives (1 can - sliced)
PREPARATION:
- Combine pre-cooked / shredded chicken with taco seasoning (per packet directions) and heat in saucepan.
- Heat refried beans in microwave or saucepan until smooth
- Line tostada shells on cookie sheet and prepare to layer!
- Spread refried beans onto tostada shells
- Top beans with layer of sour cream
- Add shredded chicken
- Dribble some salsa
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- Finish with sliced olives and/or optional toppings, then serve
