Who are the people taking care of our whole-foods needs?
Fred and Cheryl have taken care of Meadville's whole foods needs for the past 23 ½ of this business' 38 year life downtown. Cheryl points out most customers come in "knowing just what they're looking for," in a conversation upon first meeting her years ago, "but we're still glad to answer questions." When either of these two express their willingness to answer questions and help, they mean it, even when questions are difficult.
What's it like getting whole foods from "Nature's Way?"
Walking into their tiny little store always gets a greeting, and the initial shock of the impressive selection in this tiny little store always gets a chuckle. Throwing a few questions their way confirms their skill at helping folks live better.
People in this area might not see lots of advertising from "Nature's Way" in the local media. This little shop is an example of word-of-mouth advertising being done right. Seems most of their competition gets forced to spend money on advertising since they just can't bring themselves to treat folks the Way Fred and Cheryl do.
That sounds great. But what do you think of them Don?
My customer experience with "Nature's Way," has been such that, anytime I've asked if any certain item was available, one of the two made a bee-line straight to the item. Product knowledge abounds good enough to offer helpful suggestions and they're glad to help shoppers save money with a special. I may not be their biggest customer but I'm glad to go to them for what I need.
How are the prices on our whole foods needs at "Nature's Way?"
Even with superior, small business service, the prices are competitive with GNC across town (even if the prices on any particular items, are lower it's still better to go with "Nature's Way.") If you're stopping in, do so between 9 am and 5 pm Monday through Thursday. On Fridays shopper have from 9 am to 7 pm. Saturdays give you 9 am to 4 pm. Sundays are a day here. You'll find "Nature's Way" worth the trip.
