Local Pittsburgh, PA Couple Cast Alongside Donnie Wahlberg & John Leguizamo in Spike TV's The Kill Point

Dan and Cheri Hayden are just back from the real Hollywood, CA for the OSCARS and have landed back in the spotlight again...only now it's right here in Pittsburgh, PA! Yes, Hollywood has arrived close to home with the filming of "The Kill Point" starring John Leguizamo as an Iraq War veteran whose bank robbery plans go haywire and he ends up taking hostages. Donnie Wahlberg stars as the police negotiator called in to help end the crisis. A warehouse in Lawrenceville serves as a sound stage and production office for Spike TV's "The Kill Point."

The Haydens' recently met Mr. Wahlberg and ended up being cast along side him in the new series. Dan plays Frank Grillo's Double & Pittsburgh Police Officer, "R. Lewis", and Cheri is a Hostage in the bank who escapes. The couple is having a blast doing this, however it's not all fun. "We leave our house at 3 am and are on our feet for 14 to 17 hours and it's chilly in the warehouse in spring clothing, but they feed us really, really well", according to Dan Hayden. "I would have done this for free, but we actually are getting paid." Cheri mentions that she "will certainly be wearing her Backlace® (www.thebacklace.com) in all of her scenes!" "It so much fun getting hair and makeup done, they make us all feel like stars." "We both have really gained an appreciation for how hard actors work for their big bucks."

What's a perfect gift for Donnie Walhberg? "Send him a case of Purell Hand Sanitizer...he is addicted! He uses it so much that it's in some of the scenes", says Dan Hayden! Both Haydens' feel that Donnie is one of the nicest and down to earth celebs out there...and Cheri & Dan have met MANY!
