The Minneapolis area has plenty of opportunities for crafters and artists alike, especially for those crafters who enjoy scrapbooking. Your first thought when looking for a store to purchase scrapbooking supplies might be to run to a big box store, like Joann's or Michaels. But did you know that there's a whole world of scrapbooking products available beyond what these big box stores carry? Located in the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities area, Scrapbooks Too! The store opened in 2002 and has been a favorite place for Twin Cities area scrapbookers. This store is a platinum dealer of QuicKutz products, and has the largest selection of QuickKutz merchandise in the area. Scrapbooks Too hires staff members who are passionate about scrapbooking, so you'll find very knowledgeable employees if you have questions about techniques, new product lines or any other scrapbooking-related inquiry. Classes and crops are also offered. If you don't feel like venturing out to the store, Scrapbooks Too has an online store.

Located in Forest Lake, Memories and More offers a huge variety of scrapbooking supplies including over 400 colors of Bazzill cardstock paper, embellishments, patterned paper and brads sold by the piece. Memories and More also sells various scrapbook page kits, making it quick and easy for the busy scrap booker to put a beautiful layout together quickly. Classes and crops are offered at the store and include cardmaking classes, scrapbook layout classes, gift card holder classes and more. The store's crop events include Adult Crop nights for those 16 and older and Mom & Me crops, where you may bring your children. Dinner and snacks are served at all crops and participants can run a tab if they need to purchase anything during their stay and pay at the end of the night.

Although technically it's not a scrapbooking-only store (it's primarily a bulk paper store), many Twin Cities scrappers love shopping at Plymouth's Anchor Paper for their impressive selection of cheap paper. The store sells a huge variey of cardstock (they'll even sell it to you by the pound if you prefer!), rubber stamps, cheap ribbon, inks and embossing powders.
