Once you see what is behind the "storefront" you will have a good understanding of how much your support is needed and used in the community surrounding you. It is enlightening to know that a simple donation of unwanted, unused, or outgrown items can be used for good works.
Keep in mind that you will want to donate items that are not broken or soiled and remember to include all parts for the item. Each thrift store may also have different guidelines as to what types of donations they can accept, if you are unsure, call or check their website. And remember, your donations can be tax deductible!
