Not to worry, this is a restaurant for the entire family, you can even get you fill of steaks and burgers for the meat lovers. The restaurant is located at 332 Tate Street, Greensboro and the hours of operation for lunch are Monday through Friday from 11:30am to 3:00pm and dinner is served from 5:00pm to 9:30pm; Saturday they offer an all day service from 12:00pm to 9:30pm. Stop by and enjoy contemporary Asian/American d©cor and fantastic cuisine at an affordable price.
Jason's Deli
Jason's Deli is located at 3326 W. Friendly Ave, Ste. 140, Greensboro and they offer breakfast/brunch, buffet style eating, delivery, and takeout vegetarian cuisine. Jason's has a plethora of European style, heart healthy food that is great for the vegan in you. Jason's Deli food contains no high fructose corn syrup, MSG, or trans fats. All of the entr©es are reasonably priced; you can get a full meal for $10.00-15.00. Customers rave over their heart, healthy vegetarian French Onion soup and say it's great comfort food! Welcome or as they say at Pastabilities, "Benvenuto!" You can find this one in the Irving Park Plaza at 1726 Battleground Ave, Greensboro. This vegetarian restaurant has been locally owned and operated since 1995. Pastabilities offer gourmet salads, fresh green, roll-ups and sandwiches, pasta salads, and appetizers. They also feature build your own entr©e from a variety of seafood, meats, and vegetarian dishes. Everything is made with fresh ingredients that are produced locally. Pastabilities also carry a wide assortment of domestic, imported and micro-brewed beers, as well as, wines, and sparking varietals. They are open Monday through Saturday from 11:30am to 9:30pm, dine-in, carry out, or have them deliver.
Jacks Corner Mediterranean Deli
Jacks Corner is a Mediterranean/Greek/Middle Eastern deli that has been family owned since 1992 and can be found on 1601 Spring Garden Street in Greensboro. They offer a great variety of vegetarian dishes, wraps, deli sandwiches, as well as, authentic ethic foods. Most, if not all, of their food is provided by local and organic farmers. Jacks is open seven days a week from 10:30am-9:00pm and has a very casual ambiance. Other reviews have said that this is the best tasting Mediterranean food in Greensboro.
Pho Hien Voung
Pho Hien Voung is a Vietnamese restaurant that offers a separate vegetarian menu. The atmosphere is very bland, but don't let that fool you. According to customer reviews, this is the best place to try for delicious Vietnamese, vegetarian food. You can get an entr©e for under $10.00; they offer soups, rice, pasta, etc. The hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 3:30pm and 5:30pm-9:30pm. The weekend hours are slightly longer, from 11:00-9:30pm. They are located at 4109 Spring Garden Street, Ste. A, Greensboro, and can be reached (336) 294-5551.
Ghassan's Famous Steak Subs
Even though Ghassan's may be known for their great steak subs, and have been voted to have the best steak subs in town, they also offer a wide variety of vegetarian and Mediterranean food. Ghassan's offers heart healthy choices, such as falafel, veggie and hummus on pita, etc. Since 1975, you can find Ghassan's at 2501 High Point Road in Greensboro and this restaurant is open from 11:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays. Stop by and try their homemade hummus and cucumber sauce, vegetable kabobs, and salads.
