Residents of the Merchandise Mart Apartments can avoid the traffic when attending events in the downtown St. Louis area and just walk from their homes to great restaurants. For example, residents can enjoy a romantic dinner in a restaurant such as the 10th Street Italian Restaurant at 504 10th Street where you can enjoy a rustic Italian cuisine in a casual dining environment. Save yourself the trouble of finding a parking spot and worrying about driving under the influence after a glass or two of wine.
For breakfast or lunch, residents can enjoy the flavorful treats available for lunch at Café Dejuener at 701 Market Street where lattes and sandwiches are staple servings for this St. Louis restaurant voted "best new restaurant downtown" in 2006. Aside from dining in the downtown St. Louis area, residents may choose to enjoy a Cardinal's game without having to pay for special events parking. This goes for hockey games as well.
After the exciting and fun activities of downtown, come home to the many amenities offered at the Merchandise Mart Apartments include an exercise room, a parking garage, and housekeeping services, but the sundeck and whirlpool are real treats. The sundeck offers a view of the city from the rooftop while residents can lounge in the luxury of this beautiful urban garden. This apartment also features a doorman and housekeeping services for residents too busy to keep up with the details themselves. There is a beautiful lobby, and don't worry about the walk up - there's an elevator for your convenience.
In the apartments, giant windows provide a spacious urban environment in loft style living. Exposed brick walls accent this apartment with architectural charm while all the modern conveniences can be found in the kitchen that has an island for spacious cooking. Hardwood floors and central heat and air are features of these apartments, and there are microwaves and dishwashers in the kitchens as well. Post a CommentI recently sold my loft, and I consider myself to be the most fortunate person on the planet! My recommendation is to avoid buying a loft! Rent first. Sign a 1 year lease. In a year, you'll have had enough, and then you'll want to relocate as far away from the irresponsible loft dwellers as possible.
Downtown St Louis is cool, and so are lofts ;)
