Lohan Punch Gives Jasmine Waltz Boost on IMDB

The waitress who Lindsay Lohan claims punched her hasn't been as successful in acting as Lilo, but she does have a profile on IMDB. Lindsay Lohan's tweet that she was punched "for no reason" by a waitress prompted a lot of curiosity. Was it true? Who is the waitress. Her name is Jasmine Waltz and, according to her IMDB profile, she is a bit older than Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay just turned 24 on July 2nd. Jasmine will be 28 on August 22nd.

Access Hollywood caught up with the 5' 6" raven-haired Jasmine Waltz, who said: "All I have to say is that disturbed little train wreck is delusional." While totally denying the incident, she apparently isn't ruling out that Lindsay's "delusion" could come true.

"I didn't hit her," Jasmine Waltz continued, "But I'd like too."

Initially, "unnamed" sources from inside the club were confirming it actually happened. They told Access Hollywood the reason behind it was Jasmine was miffed at having seen the "Mean Girls" actress with her old boyfriend, British Rugby star, Danny Cipriani. Jasmine has also dated American Idol host, Ryan Seacrest, Chris Pine of "Star Trek" and singer Jesse McCartney.

If you look up Jasmine Waltz on IMDB, she has been an aspiring actress since 2003, with just a little success, but that could change into a lot of success since this Lohan incident has created a burst of interest in her profile. It's jumped up 89% in popularity. Woo hoo!

Jasmine's bold bully-like statement that she'd like to smack Lindsay around makes me think this was all planned in advance and is just a publicity stunt. But if it helps Jasmine get some more roles in films, that will be great, since rumors are also rife that Voyeur is planning to fire her! She can play evil ass-kicking female villains behind this, or cheated-on girlfriends getting revenge. She can showcase what will happen if you mess with her man.

Meanwhile, TMZ is reporting that Lindsay has no dough to go out and celebrate the rest of the July 4th weekend, which is probably good, since the first think she has to do is show up in court on Tuesday, July 5th at a hearing before Judge Marsha Revel, the same judge who ordered Lilo to wear a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring device.
