Lohan's Felon Father Banned from Party

Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan was released from prison this week after serving a 2 year sentence for assault. Lindsay was so afraid that her father would come to the party that she went to great lengths to have the clubs security increased.

Lindsay was deejaying at the Plumm nightclub in Manhattan on Thursday night. The owner of the club, Noel Ashman said there was "extra security" to keep Michael Lohan from entering the club. Pictures of Michael Lohan were even given to the security guards at the door in case he tried to sneak in. Why Lindsay suspected her father would try to make an appearance at the club is unknown. She was very nervous that he would come around.

It was said that the situation was "intense and nerve-wracking." Lohan got so upset at one point during the performance that she started flipping out at the audience that were taking pictures of her. She stopped the music and began to yell "Listen, motherf**kers, if I see one more f**king flashbulb go off, I'm going to stop the music and I'm out of here."

The crowd didn't know how to react and complete silence ensued. "You could hear a pin drop afterwards in the packed crowd."

The evening otherwise went as planned and the crowd seemed to thoroughly enjoy the performance Lohan put on. Lindsay was seen taking several pictures of herself in the VIP only area.

Lindsay Dee Lohan (born July 2, 1986) is an American actress and pop singer. Lohan started her career at a very young age. Her first appearances were as a model in magazine ads and television commercials. By age 10 she was acting in a soap opera and at 11 she made her first appearance in a motion picture in The Parent Trap (1998). Her next big acting role was in Mean Girls (2004). At this point she began to grab the media's attention. There was great interest in her night life and her parent's legal issues.

Lindsay Lohan was born in New York City and grew up on Long Island. Her family was very well off and never had issues with money. Her father was an investment banker and traded in futures. He spent a good portion of Lindsay's teenage years in prison for securities fraud. This prompted a divorce between her parents which was unfortunately very public.

Lindsay has been in and out of the hospital for various reasons such as a severe asthma attack, drug related use, and bulimic episodes. She became an outpatient shortly after.
